Hi there, I'm new here. Just have to say - you've got some nice games here. RPG-o-Furry looks like it has a lot of potential, I'll be checking back to looks for updates. I think I missed the conversation on Vore, but you could always make it optional, right? Also, I might be interested in playing that Ragnarok you might have, I played that back when it was beta, thinking of making that furry too?

It's still about 35 degrees on my attic, so most of my spare time was spent gasping for air. What I did manage to do was write hypothetical instructions about how to get on my opensource ragnarok server which might or might not exist. Contact me if you would in theory be interested.

Just a quick little thought as all of your games are really well thought out and original, especial love mem 2 and furrotica rocks! but have you considered not only makeing the games downloadable run alone versions but more so the idea I am relaying is how about portable? like porting them over to pocket pc 2002/03/04 etc.. I know I take mine everywhere, and it helps my haveing to explain furry when I have my entire image library wioth me, but I know I would love to take the games with me and I have been told it is extreemly easy and virtually automatic to port of windows apps with minimal tweaking involved!.......

I have experimented with making installers for the games. The maze-o-furry is an example of that. The other games will run equally well. It breaks my heart that the offline player embeds Microsoft Internet Explorer, though the data can be played in any browser with DHTML support.

As for the pocket PC thing: I have one myself, I love reading books and playing gameboy emulations on it. The problem with my games is that they use DHTML, now I suppose I should just learn how to program properly =D, but DHTML is my living at the moment. Internet Explorer for the PockPC is sadly not "complete" enough to play games on, I'm waiting for opera or mozilla to be ported =^.^=.

Hello, another new guy here. Just wanted to say the games are great. Here is an idea. How about a car/raceing game. The faster you click the mouse the faster you'll go and reach your goal (a nice girl at the finsh line). Other idea could be shift points or just dodging traffic. Another game could be a dance game (something like Dance Revolution).

I know the adventure test is anoyingly short and I am trying to continue on it very much. But it's summer here and my attic becomes roasty, it's just too darn uncomfortable to spend any significant time there coding or drawing. =P

And if the heat wasn't uncomfortable enough for me, it's downright destructive on my equipment. I have busted 2 harddrives this summer, both overheated (>.>). One is kinda still working, there's my 100GB of Anime on it, which I can't hope to backup.

Meh, not into vore myself. I'm a meat and potatoes man! As for the heat, ever consider investing is air-conditioning? Even small, units make a big difference. Water evaporators are a lot cheaper but I don't know how well they work. They ADD humidity to the air (unlike an A/C that takes it out) so they can't be that good. Also big ass floor fans might do yeah. You need to make sure everything is nailed down before letting one of those babies rip!

Thanks for your concern. I actually HAD looked in those air moisturisers, but what I don't need is 100% moist air, even if it feels cooler it will stop the human sweat mechanism working. On a more cheerful note, I'm almost done with a site I'm making for someone's 25th aniversary, the sketches for the *vorebunnie is waiting.

Minor bug in Slide-o-Furry's hardest level: half the time it's unsolvable! Assuming the puzzle randomly scrambles the tiles, the hardest level of Slide-o-Furry is identical to the famous sliding game (a version of which, incidentally, is found in the Private Oasis on Zelda: Windwaker). The problem with random generation is that it's been proven (my own source sites McCoy and Janusz's book Introduction to Modern Algebra) that such sliding puzzles are either slideable into the proper arrangement, or into that arrangement with two adjacent tiles switched, but not both.

Doh!... good tip alienwolf :)... personally I haven't got the patience to even play that far, but there's a clone of this used in websites for my boss. Someone at work is very skilled at completing slidingpuzzles, hasn't failed once, to date. But I suppose mathmatical proof rather hard tog et around. :) My coworker has simply been lucky to draw completable levels. Go for the wild-cards =^.^=... you don't get those with plastic puzzles.

Chess is a difficult game of strategy. I'd recommend Strip Checkers with three (3) levels of difficulty represented by three different opponents (BunBun, an Arctic Fox, and a Skunk would be my choices). I also second an addition to the Strip Shooting Game.

How about a medievel fantasy where a young adventureris trying to overthrow a cruel monarch? There could be several levels in the countryside and town getting information and objects. Every encounter could give a choice of steal/buy/trade/sex for the necessary items. Consequences for each action can build experience for that action for the next time it's tried

I don't know the engine, but if it allows, you could have experience levels affect how successful the sex option is in gaining items/information, and maybe even the likelyhood of getting fleas or worse from an encounter, which of course would disable the sex option until you could get a bath or see a healer.

It's a simplified D20 engine. The skills, the feats and the attributes are in there. What I haven't been able to add is experence buildup, because I could think of no practical way to keep the interface simple. I assumed the game would never last long enough to see progress in level.

I suppose we are talking pleasant diversion, not epic journey...I just tend to get a little carried away. Still, attributes can be made for sexuality, strength, cunning, even for body type. In the school girl scenario, these could determine IF she could get laid, and you could use the experience factor to increase the chances of a second encounter succeeding

Well, I personally think that it should not be just a straight-forward porno plot. After all, pornos are always more fun when they at least make an attempt at a real plot! I see no problem in ditching the experience factor. D20 games always rely too heavily on that anyway. Perhaps the feats and abilities could be linked to taking certain actions, like finding a magic idol or training with Yoda or something like that. I'm sure that would enhance the scavenger hunt feel of the game.

The choices can be D20 skill checks and even combat. Some choices can be hidden from the user if he lacks a skill.

If you're going to make a multi-player game, why not an RPG? It's not that hard, there's always something new you can add if you want to (multi-player sex, minigames, new monsters, npcs, items, spells, purchasable homes, collectable harem NPCs, etc...), it doesn't matter what connections people have, and it doesn't matter who's playing or when they leave. If you did that, I would be compelled to offer the paltry contents of my paypal account (If I could only find a donation button somewhere x.X). Oh, and that reminds me - the merchandise section is full of 404 errors.

Ok, like I said on the wrong page before the flood - The ideal would probably be a graphical RPG. It's not latency-sensitive, it's very easy to add new features (marriage, build-a-house, sex mini-games) and new items, areas, or enemies to, it doesn't matter who's on when, and it can be done with some very server-unintensive code. (Worse comes to worse you can have a server vault for player data, and have everything else be P2P) I think a SoM-style one would work-out best, as that would make parties as simple as dividing the gold and XP between party members.

Hence why an RPG is perfect - In terms of games that people continue to play the RPG is among the simplest to code, and one of the most forgiving in terms of bandwidth and latency. An RPG can have as much as a full second of lag without significantly impacting the players' enjoyment (Assuming movement and movement collision detection is handled locally with the server green-lighting or revising actions after they happen). Lag becomes noticable in a fighting game around the 50msec mark, and hurts the playability past 120msec Step1: Code a system that displays tiles on the screen - having more than one layer is best, as that would allow you to put objects on the map without having to forcibly include them in the background. Step 2: Add an avatar that can move around the map. SoM-style 8-way pixel-based movement is better, but zelda1-style 4-way tile-based movement would be easier to code. Step 3: Add a menu system. Step 4: Add a chat system (Leave the restrictions for who hears what alone at this stage - just add the code for handling user text input and output). Step 5: Add stats - when in doubt, go with "Attack", "Defense", "Hitpoints", "Level", "Experience", and "Cash". Etc... While the idea is interesting, I see several problems, at a quick run-through. 1) window is too small, especially with the chat window in the way; 2) controls aren't very intuitive or well-explained; 3) even though there was nothing there, I was told I couldn't place ships in certain places because another ship was already there (a shot at that point proved this to not be the case, as it was a miss) The idea _is_ unique, as far as I know, but to be honest the implementation needs some refinement.

@CT: Thanks for your bug report. You can resize the window to any size you want though. I can't think of a way to make the controls simpler, maybe you have ideas in that direction? The server tells you the approximate location only. It merely sees there;s something in the way along the length of your ship, and marks the location on a single grid-section.

Well, I think there needs to be some kind of turn system. It would be kind of cool if building or moving ships took a turn that could have been a shot. Second, it would be nice if you got a shadow to help you place a new ship, and the ability to orient the ship while placing it.

And I'll second CT's motion about the controls being pretty difficult, espesially because there is no explanation of them anywhere, and neither is there an explanation of the game... 1. Fill in a name and password and press "Play". 2. Click anywhere on the map to buy a ship. 3. Click on a ship to shoot or move somewhere. 4. The enemy ships are hidden from you. 5. More intact ships means less of bunny's clothes. This means the larger your fleet, the less clothing. Every 5 ships the bunny appears with less clothes.

Requested features: Fire command not ship-specific, and allow targeting within any ship's range. Hotkey for firing. High score list viewable from outside the game. The ability for players to ally with each other. The ability for allied players to see but not shoot allied ships. Multiple and larger maps. The ability to construct bases. Giving bases special abilities, such as a radius within which enemies can be seen. I would really enjoy a game that's more tactical than rote clicking. :D

I had to motivate about 6 guys at work to get the networking on the battleships done. I hacked a simplified game engine from the resulting chaos, which I could in theory use to make another game.

I like this game. Even though I did not get very far... Anyhow, I have an Idea of a game. It would be like this one, only the player takes part of the \"villain\". The hero girls come in and try to get at you through the maze. You strategically set traps and minions in your maze, essentially trying to capture the heroes. Once you capture the \'hero\' or \'heroes\', you get to do whatever you want. :P What do you think of that idea? It may not be a lot of info to go on, but you can fill in the blanks (with your own ideas), and if you ever decide to make a game like the one I vaguely described, I\'m sure it would be very awesome! In short: I love your games, and keep up the good work!
